V.V. Feoktistov (b. 1944) graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1967. D. Sc. (Eng), professor of "Mathematical Modeling" Department of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Academician of the Russian Academy of Cosmonautics named after K.E. Tsiolkovsky, winner of N.Ye. Zhukovsky prize of Russian Academy of Sciences. Author of more then 70 publications in the field of applied mathematics.
