Ye.I. Tupikin (b. 1941) graduated from the Krasnodar State Pedagogical Institute in 1963. D. Sc. (Pedagogy), Ph. D. (Chemistry), professor, head of department for mathematical and natural-science disciplines of the Institute of Social and Educational Management. Author of more than 400 publications including textbooks and monographs in the field of physical chemistry and corrosion of metals and also in the field of theory of methodology of teaching natural-science disciplines.
