P.T. Tukabaev (b. 1952) graduated from the Military Medical Academy n. a. S.M. Kirov in 1975 and North-West Polytechnic Institute in 1980. Ph. D. (Medicine), director of the Novorossijsk Branch of the Modern Humanitarian Institute. Author of over 50 publications, including a monograph, in the field of interaction of biologic and information systems, self-perfection and selfdevelopment of a human being.
