V.N. Baskakov (b. 1955) graduated from Moscow Motor-road Institute in 1977 and Kalinin State University in 1984. D. Sc. (Phys.-math.), professor of "Higher Mathematics" Department and Director-general of "Actuary Information Center" of the Research Institute for Applied Mathematics and Mechanics of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Author of about 50 publications in the field of actuary mathematics, mathematical grounding of insurance scheme and superannuation system.
