V.B. Nemtinov (b. 1940) graduated from Bauman Moscow Higher Technical School in 1964 and from Lomonosov Moscow State University in 1968. Ph. D. (Eng.), ass. professor of "Laser and Optoelectronic Systems" Department of the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Author of more than 300 publications on theory of optical and laser electronic instruments and systems, first general and mathematical modeling of these systems, as well as laser diffraction optics and holography.
