Peculiarities of Etching of Metals in Field of Low-Frequency Oscillations

The influence of low-frequency mechanical oscillations on the metal etching process is investigated. It is found out that when using pickling solutions applied in the everyday practice, the low-frequency oscillations can accelerate processes of machining of the metal surfaces. In some cases, the application of low-frequency vibrations is a possible way to overcome difficulties of the practical technology.
