Standart Enthalpy of Ion Sn4+ Formation in Aqueous Solution

The enthalpies of reaction of Zn(c., exess) with 0.00100 m SnCl4 aqueous solution and enthalpies of dilution of SnCl4 solutions at different concentrations were measured in an isothermic-shell calorimeter. The results and literature data were used together to determine thermodynamic characteristics of ion association in SnCl4 solutions and standard enthalpy of ion Sn4+ formation (new quantity) in aqueous solution at 298.15 K
