Based on the analysis of the historical experience of the Moscow Higher Technical School (now BMSTU - Moscow State Technical University n.a. N.E. Bauman), the credo of the BMSTU scientific and pedagogic school is formulated, distinctive features of BMSTU graduates are presented and main trends of BMSTU activities to support these features are offered.
