Based on theses of theory of games, interrelations between human and nature are considered. It is shown that nature is not a passive partner because there is a strong feedback between its states and human activity. The large-scale human activity often leads to irreversible changes in the environment, and with violation of equilibrium in nature, a human is obliged to search for a new set of his strategies. In the general case, these interrelations cannot be regarded only within a theory of games, it is necessary to change over to the models using cooperative games. A conceptual scheme of the human and nature co-existence as an integral ecological-economical system is proposed.
