A new method is offered for a system without full redundancy in various subsystems to calculate the lower confidence limit for a factor of reliability-probability of the trouble-free operation for a specified time interval, according to results of tests of individual elements of the system. Some numerical examples are given. The offered method is compared to other known methods of solving this problem.
