A two-sample problem to verify the exponential Lehmann’s hypothesis for right-censored samples is considered. A non-parametric criterion to verify this hypothesis is proposed which is an analog of the Regnier criterion for uniformity of two samples. Exact and limit distributions of the statistic criterion are obtained with the validity of the hypotheses under consideration.
