Explicit Runge-Kutt methods: algorithms with stability control

The inequalities are constructed for the stability control of the explicit Runge - Kutt-type methods of the second, third, fourth and fifth orders of accuracy. The integration algorithm is formulated with integration step chosen in terms of accuracy and stability.
