The mathematical model is considered for forming topographic interferogram of the Earth's surface by survey data of space radar with antenna synthesized aperture obtained from the near-Earth's orbit. Relations are derived that connect local inclination-angles of the topographic relief with the local inclination-angles of the phase relief on the interferogram. The relations are required for improvement of accuracy of construction of a digital model of the Earth's relief using the method of space radar topographic interferometry.
