Methods of mathematical simulation of quasi-stationary electromagnetic fields in sharply non-uniform media are considered. The methods allow avoiding some singularities of the solution near angular points. Both two- and three-dimensional cases are discussed. Algorithms are presented for construction of the non-stationary problem solution, explicitly taking the singularity into consideration. The algorithms allow one to significantly reduce a number of time steps and to decrease the iteration number that is necessary to get the numerical solution.
