A mathematical model of vibration and shock process of interaction of a console sheet with the laminated springy base having friction characteristics is developed. A mechanism of excitement of springy longitudinal waves in the console sheet is described. The influence of a specific electromagnetic force, a console length and rigidity of the springy base on parameters of the pulse shock and longitudinal waves is investigated.
