A problem on small motions of incompressible liquid flowing out of an arbitrary-shape tank through a flat outlet surface is stated and partially investigated. The solution to the problem can be used for analysis of the fuel redistribution effect in order to obtain the maximum increment of the available power of rocket-launchers with packet configuration.
