Thermodynamical Approach to Creation of Mathematical Models of Thermomechanics

An approach to creation of mathematical models of thermomechanical processes in continuum, which are characteristic of the contemporary machinery and technology, is set out. In determining structures of models, laws of conservation of physical substances (in particular, a law of energy conservation) and relations of thermodynamics of irreversible processes have been used.
