The developed optical module with the sounding synchrotron radiator is described, and results of experimental determination of spectral coefficients of reflection and absorption of some structural materials (Mo, Nb, Ti, and Zr) of photon power plants are given in the short-wave region of spectrum at the Kurchatov's Center source of synchrotron radiation with power density values of the synchrotron radiation below a threshold for the developed surface evaporation and at the condensed target surface temperature of 300. . . 77°K. The obtained results are used in the created database of optical properties of materials.
