Fluorination is found to result in molecular vibration frequency shift, as it is observed in Raman spectra, and to lead to changes in fluorescence spectra. It is shown that there is an essential difference between pure chiral and mixed aminoacids. Low-frequency part of water Raman spectrum is found to be connected with water structure perfection. These investigations open fresh opportunities for non-destructive diagnostics of modified molecular objects that are used in pharmacology, medicine and food industry.
