An analytical method is presented for describing processes of electromagnetic radiation propagation in approximation of geometric optics including effects occurring in interaction of electromagnetic radiation with moving components of measuring section. The method can be used for computer-aided simulation in a real time mode of operation of geophysical interferometers, interferometers for detection of gravitational radiation, Fourier-spectrometers, systems of cosmic location.
