Nowadays one of the most serious obstacles on the way to implementation of future thermonuclear reactors of low radio-active D-3He-cycle is the lack of commercial terrestrial reserves of 3He. This paper suggests D-3He-thermonuclear fuel cycle using only deuterium as a raw material (primary fuel). The necessary amount of light helium 3He is produced in reactions yielding 3He and tritium T (followed by its transformation into 3He) immediately in the process of power generation in the reactor. The fact that, with the concentration ratio of n3He/nD = 0,1...0,3 that is achieved in the cycle, it is possible to provide low power generation in neutrons (~ 5% of the total thermonuclear power) together with the high efficiency power production, is the essentially important result.
