Negative Refraction Factor in Magnetic Semiconductors

It is shown that in magnetic semiconductors the refraction factor in the microwave region can be negative. Conditions are derived for parameters of a ferromagnetic semiconductor, with which the sign change of the refraction factor is possible. Values of the desired parameters are estimated for magnetic semiconductors with the high Curie temperature.
