The paper focuses on the processes of directional modification of ethylamide exo-substituents in "uniform" and "nonuniform" naphthophosphacyclophanes based on 2,6-dihydroxynaphthalene, which are monoamidophosphites by the nature of the phosphorus center. The processes are considered on the examples of hydrolysis, hydrochlorination, alcoholysis and phenolysis reactions. Findings of the research show high stability of the studied macroheterocycles --- naphthophos-phacyclophanes --- in the above processes and low stability of the amido substitution products
