Estimation of Life Factors of Technical System in Variable Mode of Operation

A problem to construct the confidence boundaries for main factors of life and also for the residual life of technical systems in a variable operation mode is considered. The theorem is proven, based on which the error bands are constructed with the specified confidence coefficient for the system reliability function and the appropriate confidence boundaries for the mean and gamma-percent lives of the system in the variable mode of functioning. The problem is solved for the mean and gamma-percent residual lives of the system.
