Localization of Invariant Compact Sets of PRT-System

A method of localization of invariant compact sets of an isolated dynamical system is applied to the study of the dynamical system by Pikovsky-Rabinovich-Trakhtengerts. As a result the one-parameter family of the localizing sets is obtained which is bounded with the 2-nd order surfaces. The intersection of all sets of the obtained family is also found. Results are obtained for all values of the system parameters.
