Optimization of Preliminary Studies in Theory of Forced Testing

A new method to conduct preliminary studies for forced testing is suggested, which allows to decrease the testing scope. The method is based on the Kaplan-Meyer estimates for the reliability function and the development of a new uniformity criterion - a sort of the Kolmogorov-Smirnov one for dependent samples.
