Simulation of Transfer Characteristic of Vacuum System Containing Source of Intermittent Gas Emission

A method to estimate kinetic parameters of the gas emission ina form of exponential peaks according to the measured pressure-time dependence of the vacuum chamber is presented. The obtained dependences allow one to determine limits of possibilities to register the gas emission peaks, which is a very urgent problem for practical applications such as the vacuum diagnostics of mechanisms.
