Processes of diffusion of vapor particles from the flat surface of liquid and from the spherical surface of a drop are considered. Peculiarities of evaporation are studied taking into account fluctuations of the particle flow caused by random changes of temperature, concentration and other factors. Statistical characteristics of fluctuations of appropriate magnitudes, including those for mass flow through the boundary between liquid and vapor, are found as well as concentrations near the surface of liquid. The distribution of a number of the fully evaporated drops depending on time is obtained.
