Algorithms of statistical simulation of the electrons transport in dense materials are offered which are based on the preliminary calculation of distribution density of characteristics of electron flows and on the method of nested paths. The efficient model of "thickened" paths for calculating the energy and angle distributions of electrons in their propagation in objects is developed. The simplified engineering model for determining the spectral characteristics of electrons is built up. The considered algorithms have demonstrated their priorities over such widely known software package as MCNP.
