Results are given of experimental vacuum study of optical characteristics of some substances - optical transparency, absorption and reflection factors in IR and UV spectrum regions at standard laser frequencies (λл ≈ 0,241, 0,4416, 0,6328, 0,693, 1,06, 10,6 μm) and spectrally averaged (group) reflection factors in VUV spectrum region (hν ≈ 10...70 eV) with the sounding radiation power density under and above threshold values for the developed surface evaporation.
