Problems of force creation in the electrostatic suspension with a rotor of a cylindrical form are considered. To express ponderomotive forces through electrostatic induction factors the potential distribution was preliminary found as a function of angular and linear rotor displacements. the problem peculiarity consists in the search of an analytical solution for the case when coordinates of the rotor surface depend on the displacements while boundary conditions are to be invariant for them.
