With application of the 2nd order Volterra equation the fluctuations of velocity and temperature of the flat surface moving in the medium, which fills the semi-space, are described. It is shown that these fluctuations present non-Markovian stochastic processes with the peculiarity like flicker-noise in the low-frequency band of the spectrum.
