An experimental study of voltage of initiation of arcback discharge in barium vapors is conducted. Obtained results have shown an increase of the initiation voltage up to 1800...2320 V at anode temperatures of 850...1050 K and a good agreement with the developed analytical model of initiation of arcback discharge.
