Method of multi-partial functionals of density: functional of kinetic energy

Presented method is a generalization of the density functional theory based on representing the system energy as a functional of diagonal elements of the multi-partial matrix of density. The said method allows to take into consideration the exchange-correlation effects in the system. Approach to compose a functional of kinetic energy of the fermion system full state, is described.
